A |     DES MOINES, Iowa -- Two commercial turkey farms in Iowa have been hit by the reemerging highly pathogenic bird flu, causing about 100,000 birds to be killed to prevent the disease from spreading.The Iowa Department of Agriculture reported the infected commercial poultry flocks within weeks of a turkey farm in South Dakota and one in Utah reporting the first outbreaks in the U.S. since April, raising concerns that more would follow. The U.S. Department of Agriculture shows 12 commercial flocks in South Dakota, Utah and Minnesota have been affected in October, totaling more than 500,000 birds.Bird flu last year cost U.S. poultry producers nearly 59 million birds across 47 states, including egg-laying chickens and turkeys and chickens raised for meat, making it the country’s deadliest outbreak ever, according to USDA figures. B | 　　通报称，近期媒体报道常州星宇车灯股份有限公司（以下简称星宇股份）解聘应届大学毕业生，引发社会关注，常州市人力资源和社会保障局成立专项工作组开展全面调查，现将调查情况通报如下：　　星宇股份共招录2026届高校毕业生440名，与其中107人解除劳动合同。协商过程中“方法简单生硬，缺乏充分有效沟通，造成不良影响”，对此企业已深表歉意，并对人力资源总监作出停职处理。经查，该企业不存在违规享受就业和人才类政府补贴行为。　　事件发生后，人社部门已为解约毕业生提供一对一就业推荐服务。截至8月25日，107人中已有22人实现就业，14人参加其他企业面试，人社部门表示将继续为其余人员提供就业服务。　　常州市人社局同时表示，将督促企业“引以为戒、举一反三，提升人力资源管理水平，切实保障职工权益”，并加强对全市企业用工检查和指导，引导企业注重人文关怀，主动承担社会责任。　　据媒体此前报道，8月8日，星宇股份HR集中约谈2026届校招生，要求以“个人原因”主动离职，除正常薪资外，公司给予半个月工资作为补偿；拒绝该方案的校招生则将被调岗至产线操作岗。有校招生提供的约谈录音显示，HR强调“公司近期确实各方面的经营都有出现一些情况”。　　公开资料显示，星宇股份成立于1993年，2011年在上交所主板上市。公司主营汽车（主要是乘用车）车灯的设计、开发、制造和销售，产品包括汽车前照灯、后组合灯、雾灯等。根据弗若斯特沙利文的数据，按2024年销售额计算，星宇股份在国内和全球车灯市场的整体市场占有率分别为11.0%、4.2%，位列国内第一、全球第七；在全球和国内智能车灯市场均排名第一。公司客户涵盖鸿蒙智行、奇瑞、吉利、大众、理想、丰田、宝马、奔驰、比亚迪、蔚来、小鹏等主流整车制造商。　　近年来，星宇股份营收规模持续扩容，但增长速度明显放缓。2023年、2024年及2025年，公司营收分别为102.48亿元、132.53亿元和152.57亿元，归母净利润分别为11.02亿元、14.08亿元和16.24亿元。营收同比增速从2024年的29.3%回落至2025年的15.1%。

C | 进入2026年，放缓趋势未见明显改观，一季度营收为34.30亿元，同比增速进一步降至10.84%；净利润为3.55亿元，同比增长10.26%。　　2025年，公司海外市场收入达6.34亿元，同比增长27.05%，大幅高于国内市场15.83%的增速，但海外收入仅占总营收的4.3%。　　值得关注的是，星宇股份正在全力推进“A+H”两地上市布局。2026年1月26日，公司首次向港交所递交H股发行上市申请。此后，公司于5月被证监会要求补充材料。7月29日，由于首版招股书六个月期满失效，公司重新向香港联交所递交了更新版申请。

D | 8月14日，星宇股份公告称，已收到中国证监会出具的境外发行上市备案通知书，拟发行不超过4479.97万股境外上市普通股并在香港联交所主板上市。

E | 备案通知书自出具之日起12个月内有效。若H股发行完成，星宇股份将形成“A+H”两地上市平台。
